So do I, at least for a couple of months, then everyone will buy indie games instead. Actually if we could wait about a year until I’m finished that’d be great.
Seriously comments like this are so stupid because even if GTA is about 100 dollars (anyway they’ll be looking to make most of their money on GTA online 2) it wouldn’t “blaze the path™” for anyone, it’s had about 10 years in development and approximately 12,000 people have worked on it. Have you read some of the job titles of people who worked on it, there was an interview with someone who was listed as “the director of particles”, that’s right, dust had its own department.
As much as I think Kingdom Come Deliverance is a good game it’s AA at best, there’s no way they could justify a high retail price.

So when you say busy you mean like a month later right because you can refund for quite a while days purchase, as long as you haven’t played the game for more than two hours.

How will steam know if I’ve done that?

Never had an issue with them refunding stuff. Are you sure there isn’t more to this story?

Far apart from anything else it would just be regurgitating what somebody had already previously said and was previously ignored. Although I suppose maybe would have more weight coming from the “almighty AI”?

I like the suggestion that they would include top secret documents in its training data. Although I wouldn’t be surprised from this administration.

You can loose a portion of your brain and still be you.
Only if you have the personality of a sea slug. Look at Nicholas Gage, he had a metal rod thrust to his head and had a definite personality change. Now you may be less complex than an allegory of basic neural function, but I suspect most people are not.

Ok but if you’re going the consciousness arrives from a complicated enough system route of reasoning, then you have to consider the degree of complexity before consciousness arrives, that fruit fly has about 150,000 neurons and those things are definitely not self-aware. Modern cutting edge AI have around 8.5 billion neurons, which is still considerably less than an octopus (which people are morally fine with catching for food) which are definitely intelligent but not sapient. So even if consciousness arise from simply having enough processing units, we’re not at the level yet where we need to be concerned.
It’s also worth pointing out that pain is an evolutionary trade that came into existence because it prevented injury (if it hurts to do something, it encourages you to stop doing that thing). Meanwhile AI exist in a non-physical reality, they cannot be damaged by the environment, so there is no such thing as pain for them. An AI cannot feel pain anymore than the human can feel pain when that video game character gets blown up.

If AI have rights and protections then what’s the damn point in making them?

Sadly it is mostly in the form of methane.

Whenever nasa’s involved it’s always something to do with airflow dynamics or something. If it was the US military I would assume that though.

They could try making a decent version of the vision Pro with controllers and a purpose.

There’s no point going to McDonald’s anyway because there’s always a bunch of ubereats and door dashes in the way, so you can’t get in.

Isn’t this going to hurt them more than it helps them? The whole point of places like McDonald’s is I know that no matter what location I go to I will get the same food at the same price.
If I don’t know in advance how much a meal is going to cost I might as well just go to a local business since the quality will be better.

Why don’t you will just replace him as president with someone else and just don’t tell him. As long as he gets to sit in the chair for 5 minutes every day and occasionally meet people that he’s told her international dignitaries (it’s not like he will check) he’ll be happy. He can rename everything to America, and have a third term, and arrest all the liberals as much as he likes.

I guess the water in the shower is aerosolized by the high speed impact so perhaps baths are better. I don’t imagine the water temperature makes much of a difference since its presumably not 100°c

I used to have a waterproof Bluetooth speaker, but it was actually better than having your phone with you since it was right there in the shower.

How long are you in the shower for that it plays more than one or two songs?
I’m hopeful that by the time my nephew has worked out what his fingers are for the AI bubble will have popped and we can have moved back to some sort of reality.
