It wasn’t that long ago that it was generally accepted that you shouldn’t buy secondhand/refurbished drives. The world seems to have turned upside down.

Have you tried favouriting the post using the star button? I’ve just tried it and it does work as a read-it-later function even if you mark as read.

Surely that’s just FreshRSS with a plugin like Wallabag or Readeck. I use FreshRSS and Readeck for precisely this. One-click bookmarking (and archiving of the page, too).
