After 100k miles in an EV, road trips add about 20 minutes for every every 3 hours of driving. That’s all. It’s basically a trivial difference which gets statistically lost in the noise of traffic variability. If this causes an issue, it’s a lack of prior planning.
Most of these exploits involve side channel attacks which are much closer to the hardware. Graphene definitely does a lot more to make that difficult, but typically devices are getting pwned within a few months even with graphene.
Having graphene on relatively new hardware is a really good practice, but it obviously isn’t a complete security posture on its own. Not having sensitive, compromising or incriminating stuff on your daily carry phone is much more important.

For a long time I was using a tegra dev kit as an HTPC. Definitely not the cheapest option but I got it for free so it worked out great. I bet you can get the old TX1 boards pretty cheap these days, and they just run Ubuntu with some Tegra mods, but apparently can also run NIXOS as well.
Once again proving for the 903486362527484th time that “always on but optional” PvP is a stupid game mechanic which attracts exactly two kinds of players - griefers and people who really just want to play PvE.

In case you don’t actually know anybody under the age of about 35, the next time you are riding a bus or are a passenger in a car, start watching other drivers and see how many of them literally cannot put their phones down. Like even if they aren’t actually looking at them while they drive, which is like a solid 30% of all drivers, another significant chunk is holding the phone even when not in use. The shower is not even a high bar at this point.
Man, I would be all over the is of it was on lower end models so I can run graphene as my sketchy international travel phone. But I don’t really want to pay flagship prices for that. And I still believe in having a curated primary digital fingerprint.
