Nowhere did I say the US is the world, it’s just the model for the rest of the western regimes.
That’s what US like to think. In reality US was the model, now not anymore.
Outside US no one has thought of the US as a role model for many years. It is a story the US tell themself to think they are better.Liberalism is literally just fascism when the going is good
Honest question: would you like better to live in places like China or North Korea then ?
And I repeat myself: if you think that liberalism is just fascism when the going is good, you don’t understand a thing and you should read some history books.

" to expand Alibaba into a finance" is not intrinsically a crime in a country which allows pedo oligarchs to own everything and rule over the working class
It is not a crime in any free country. It is not that the US is the world, you have a very narrow view of the world
Jack Ma was punished because he wanted capitalists to start having control over the economy. Calling that courage reveals what you stand for.
Oh yes, think what you like but the facts are that Jack Ma was punished after criticizing the Chinese govern for stiffling innovation.
Like everyone that has too much power (or is too much succesfull) in the country and became a risk for Xi Jinping.Enjoy living under pedo oligarch regime that fits with your fascist ideology. Your conception of freedom is literal fascism.
Funny, I live in a country that experienced real fascism and to think, like you, that fascism is a real thing now make me smile.
You people who call fascist anyone who don’t think like you would were the first to be “removed” in a real fascist regime. But hey, feel free to call fascist everyone and think that capitalism is the problem, while using something that was created in a capitalist society, by capitalist people working for capitalist company…

" to expand Alibaba into a finance" is not intrinsically a crime in a free country, so if China is really a free country, why Jack Ma was paid for something he don’t yet did ?
Jack Ma was punished because he had the courage (or stupidity given the situation) to criticize Chinese estabilishment for stifling innovation and economics, then Xi Jinping retaliate and Jack Ma went off the radar (only to be remerges after Xi Jinping “rehabilitated” him)
So yes, to me China is a regime. And if you think my intellect is not up to your idea of quality, you are free to move to China and to live in what I suppose you consider a better country.

True, but I am afraid that the definition of “they act shitty” in China is very different from the one in the US.
Jack Ma paid because he criticized the regime, not because Alibaba was failing.

Hobby project coding is solved.
Not if you want to build something more complex than the usual todo manager or likewyse simple software in my experience.
And even in this case it output just something taken from examples around the internet, so it is not writing code, it is just better at finding the (hopefully) better examples.

Fine, as long as you agree to prosecute also all companies that produce software to work with images (or generate them without using AI), every company that produce software that can be used to create 3d models and then the renderer that get these models and render them into photorealistic images.
Then you need to go after everyone who produces plugins fot these softwares. And then you need to go to every open source software that do the same thing and every person who contribute to them.
And maybe even hardware vendors that sell graphics tablets for drawing.
Sometime it seems that, especially with AI, people think that the solution is to ban the tool and not to punish who use it to do something illegal.
True, AI make it extremely easy to create such horrific images but AI is not the first tool to do so, it make only faster. Back at the time there were entire Usenet groups dedicated to fake nude/xxx images of persons, both celebrities and normal people, but we have not banned internet, we simply prosecuted (when/if caught) who created the images.
Yeah, that these images are repulsive, but prosecute the companies that make tools that can also generate them was like to prosecute a phone company because someone use a phone to plan and commit an homicide.
