la crème de la crème

Et je ne peux que repenser au 500$ de papa Legault

3 japanese girls and 1 Korean exchange student work their way to sing Linda Linda at the end of summer festival (?)

Quite cute coming of age movie

I think that this movie is an adaptation from this OVA by Tai-Kit(Peter?) Mak. One of the great directors of the Hong Kong New Wave

There’s everything in this. Tentacles Demons, Hong Kong Kung Fu, Political message, Impossible Love, Great Practical Effects and someone fucking his flipper machine

Incredible little gem, there’s some joke that are old but there’s good direction and cool kung fu stuff

Been a while since I’ve seen this one

Clooney behind the camera, surprisingly good shot trough out the movie.

Saw this one in my low key independent « will show weird little film » movie theatre

Two 50 year old young at heart take an Uni student under their wing, show him how to live and learn a couple of things along their journey.

Great flick, this one is fresh as a great glass of wine by a summer day.

A young actor is hired to make a remake of the Passion of the Christ, now religious authorities are opposing him and his piece.

Deny Arcand is an acclaimed Quebecers director, lately he got a « the woke are wrecking the society » phase which is particularly funny seeing his older films (like Cotton Mills, Treadmill)

There’s some great acting from Robert Lepage and Rémy Girard who, in a scene, dub two guys in XXX movie.
