Yep, the README says to use a flashcart. Put the .nds file and the text file with your PC’s local IP on the flashcart’s microSD, not the DSi’s own SD card.

Now that you’ve tried both, how do the touch controls compare with the GBA version in an emulator? Any easier to avoid accidental drops when it speeds up?
