It is actually sad that customers are so abused by these companies, that one feels loyalty after having their warranty fulfilled.
sometimes it’s not just that it’s fulfilled, it’s that the process is easy and the folk you deal with are friendly.

There was Prototype, which experimented with in game ads a while back. They sold ads on the billboards in NYC in the game. They seemed less obtrusive
