A mural in Austin shows three ICE agents pointing rifles at the back of a man holding a Door Dash bag. Above the painting it says “COWARDICE” with “ICE” in dripping red paint. This is a reference to ICE shooting a Door Dasher named Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez, who, for the record, has committed no crimes and was here on a legal work permit.
