          He likes to make the office fun occasionally so they’ll have a no fraud Friday every few months, so on those days it’s just the crime.

            He has no idea what he’s doing. He goes to Mar A Lago every weekend to get new orders because he totally fucked up last weeks orders and he’s too stupid to keep his mouth shut about it.
