Garrison’s observations remain interpretations of publicly available footage rather than a diagnosis. Without a clinical examination, medical records or diagnostic testing supporting his theory, claims that Trump is experiencing neurological decline remain unverified.
Taking this with an enormous grain of salt. There should be some way to force the president to get examined by another physician that is accountable to the public though.
