Since no one is linking the page and I had to go hunt it down myself: https://www.amazon.com/slc/hub?useAiMode=1
Mine doesn’t have anything interesting, probably because I avoid using Amazon if possible.

It sounds like you’re just feeding xbox controllers to your husband
Yes. My stuff is only for me, so the only way I find out something isn’t working is when I go to use it. But that almost never happens.
The only actual notifications I get is for updates.

It’s not what jump the shark means either

That’s not exclusive to Linux. That’s what it means everywhere.
Lawyer up. Meanwhile, just keep doing what you’re doing. I refuse to believe living on a farm counts as a side job, especially since it’s not for meaningful profit, especially since it’s not the same line of work.
I ask the bizfolks: would YOU allow a guy in a suit with no prior engineering knowledge, but with an ai design the structural elements for a bridge for thousands of vehicles a day?
For less money in less time with no liability? Yes, without hesitation.
It’s a model, not an app, you can run it however you want

I hate that you’re right

And they’re trying to put datacenters in space, too. On a boat would be less unusual.

Well at least it’s better than them abusing actual children?
I buy all of mine used from random people via ebay. I’ve had a few DOA, and a few start throwing errors after a few years. No issues getting replacements or refunds from sellers within the warranty period. Never had one outright fail, nor have I lost any data from this.
I just checked and it turns out two of my drives are over 95,000 hours, that’s nearly 11 years! And they’re still going strong with no errors!

Only $600??? That’s cheap as hell! I thought you were going to say $2k at the absolute lowest

Yup. You ask it to play starcraft to win, it looks for data associated with that prompt. If it hits on someone saying “I always win when I use starcrafthax.xyz”, it’ll follow that thread.
Why not? Is that information considered sensitive? Personally I tend to avoid running untrustworthy programs outside of a sandbox or VM.
Those things are completely unrelated to this.

The market has never been rational.
A CPU serial number or other ID is more unique than a MAC address, as those can be spoofed, and are not guaranteed to be unique, either. I heard one case of someone tearing their hair out over a mystery network issue, eventually discovering two NICs with the same MAC. And also the case of someone buying a whole pallet of NICs, which turned out to all have the same MAC address.
But I don’t think that math checks out. A player driven away might return, but a banned player can’t.
It is prone to constant change. Any time an area decides to change time zones, or adjust DST dates, that requires a tzdata update.
It can get geopolitically complex, too, because if a country invades a neighbor and tells them to start using the invader’s time zone, should tzdata reflect that, even though it’s illegal?
