    Baltimore is actually in the middle of an historic decline in violent crime. But there are still thousands of residents with extreme levels of violent intergenerational trauma who will fly off the handle at the slightest provocation, and a lot of them are armed.

    So glad my dad immigrated to “the greatest country in the world” ™

        Not sure what you mean. I’m going to try to assume you don’t mean that everyone in Baltimore is already dead (we’re not) or that all the “bad guys” have already been arrested (they haven’t).

        Most of the people who actually live here credit the decline to programs like this one
