He walks like a man who loses his shits so easily from drug abuse and dementia that he has to wear an extra large diaper.
He also seems to be on major dementia drugs, every 14 days he has a big bruise on his hand badly covered with makeup. It can affect the way you walk in a straight line.

He probably does rails(not lines) of Adderall before he does stairs so he can keep himself still enough to walk down stairs from the shakes he gets from stimulant abuse.
